The Male Survivors Partnership (MSP) Annual Gathering brings together practitioners and strategic leads for a day of networking, learning, and collaboration. Building on our monthly online MSP meetings, we will gather in person to share best practice, learn from peers, and strengthen support services for male survivors of unwanted sexual experiences.
We will hear from experts in our sector covering a range of topics, including:
- Ally Fogg – A national strategy for male survivors: rallying support across the sector
- Prof Darren Langdridge PhD, AFBPsS, CPsychol. – Bridging the gap: survivor experience, research, and practice
- David Futter – Working with male survivors who hold negative fantasies about the risk that they pose to others
- Imran Manzoor – Issues faced by South Asian male survivors: cultural and religious considerations
- John Slater – Facilitating peer support groups: from shared experience to shared strengths, building a healing community
- Dr Kennath Widanaralalage PhD, CPsychol – Rethinking support for male survivors: what service providers can teach us about culture, trauma, and justice
