This updated title more clearly communicates the course’s focus on recovery, growth, and rebuilding life after trauma, using language that is both hopeful and accessible for those considering taking part.
The course supports individuals to develop a deeper understanding of trauma and its impact, alongside practical strategies to aid recovery, within a safe and supportive group environment.
Mankind UK accepts external referrals for clients who have completed a minimum of 18 sessions of individual trauma counselling.
