Stand Firm – Survivors’ Right to Be Heard
Survivor campaigner Isabella has launched a new campaign: Stand Firm – Survivors’ Right to Be Heard.
It calls for a legal right for victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence to read their Victim Personal Statement aloud in court — a right that is currently not guaranteed in the UK and remains at the judge’s discretion.
“After surviving silencing, control, violence, and doubt — this moment matters deeply.” — Isabella, survivor and campaign founder.
The campaign is grounded in lived experience and inspired by Nehemiah 4:14. It is open to and on behalf of survivors of all genders.
